If, for some reason, you are unable to reach us via IRC you can mail support with your query.

Banned?

If you've been banned (akilled or klined) from Shadowfire, please contact us; making sure to include the akill/kline message you receive when attempting to connect to the network. Without this message we will be unable to help you.
